What is this Meditation?
It is not only the easiest meditation, but also the most adventurous (experience-oriented) - one can really feel the energy flow and get good results.
Why Do We do what we do?
It's like discovering a new artist, we want the whole world to know about it! Meditation has brought so much to our lives, that we feel everyone should know it exists so they can also benefit from it.
Who we are?
We are from different background and from different countries. Some are students, others working. We've come together to put what we have learnt and to used meditation in our lives. Many of us swear by it.
Why haven’t I heard of this before?
Though mediation is an ancient universal process of achieving awareness, only in 1970 Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi discovered an easy way to physically feel our personal energy and enjoy meditation.
Why should I meditate every day?
Imagine yourself as a plant. If you water it once a month, its not going to grow much. Meditating allows you to reach your full potential.
Why this meditation and not others?
Why walk when you can travel at the speed of light, lol. Seriously speaking - you can actually 'feel' your energy physically. This meditation gives you a proper understanding of yourself. Some of us have tried other meditations before, but nothing has come close to this. Its amazing.
Who is your founder?
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi from India.
Why is it free?
This energy is present in each and everyone of us. As Shri Mataji says "Why pay for something that is already yours?" So there is no question we should pay or charge to enjoy this energy.
How many people around the world do this?
Wow… We weren't expecting this… lol. Numbers are growing everyday... Millions have tried it out in over 100 countries.
I've done some of the features on the website and I Like it, but I want to do more.. Now What?
We've tried to compile many of the things that are fundamental to get you started and enjoy meditation. We feel the next step would be to get a meditation buddy or meditate in a group in real.
