Meditating With Friends
The greatest thing about meditation that it can be done any time and requiresno special arrangements.
You can meditate in public transport, in nature, in your university, just about anywhere. However, all meditators have felt that meditation is the absolute best and most powerful when done collectively. Meditating collectively can mean doing this with your friends, family, or even just with one other person. The simple reason is that the energy of many is stronger than that of one single meditator.
Another reason collective meditation works better is that every person is not only unique in character, but is also unique in their set of strong and weak energy centers. |
When you meditate together, all of the different energy centers on each individual will compensate each other. Thus, everyone benefits. Interestingly, one can even get rid of a persistent problem (physical or mental) just by meditating together with others. Apart from the meditation itself, there are various (simple!) clearing techniques that can be done together, which enable one to improve his/her state and finally get even more out of the meditation practice. Things such as "giving vibrations" to each other have been proven to be quite a powerful tool. Try it out and see the difference for yourself! |
