Simple Cleansing Techniques

Now that I know what my Vibes are, How Do I Cleanse Myself? Now that you are comfortable feeling your own vibrations, you can really start to experience better meditations by using a simple technique that we will refer to as "working on yourself."

What you will be doing is giving vibrations to particular energy centers where you feel 'blockages'. This helps them to function better and to become stronger.

The first thing to do is to sit with your back straight, hands on your lap, (palms up as always) and just take a couple deep breaths to relax yourself. Now, close your eyes, and Check Your Vibrations.

So how do you help this center out? Well, there are simple methods to turn to. To learn how to use them, you can either watch this video tutorial, or just keep reading. Check on which part of your hand you are feeling warmth or tingling, then see which energy center that corresponds to on the chart to your right.

Sitting in meditation, see if there are any parts of your hands that are tingling, aching slightly, or feeling warm. Then see which energy center that corresponds by referring to the chart below.

To clear this energy center, place your attention on this part of your body, take your right hand (as the right side represents action), and with your fingers directed towards this center, make a few clockwise circular motions around it (so your hand will be moving from the right to left spinning your energy center in a clockwise direction). You have now made your first Bandhan! (A Bandhan is the term we use to describe this motion.) Do this a few times, or until you feel that the corresponding part of your hand is cooler, or lighter. It's that easy, feel the catch, put your attention on it, give it a Bandhan, and like that you have worked it out all by yourself.

When working on yourself, a Bandhan is always done clockwise, as it naturally has to follow the rhythm of your centers. Your centers are like wheels and they turn clockwise, therefore when you move your hand in the same direction you strengthen the flow of vibrations in your ‘wheels’.
BUT HOW DO YOU AVOID GETTING THOSE SAME CATCHES OVER AND OVER? INTROSPECTION IS REALLY THE KEY HERE.
But how do you avoid getting those same catches over and over? Introspection is really the key here. In meditation you observe yourself in a totally different light. You begin to observe yourself, your character, from the outside: your actions, thoughts, and emotions are assessed in a detached way. Your energy centers all correspond, not only to your physical organs, but also to the qualities of your personality. Understanding these centers, and how to clear them, essentially helps you understand yourself better: it helps you recognise that certain actions harm you, teaches you how to refrain from such activity and, consequently, helps you develop your character's full potential.

So the best way to clear yourself is just to see your vibrations during the meditation, introspect and rely on the power within to change you from the inside. If you do so, you should feel the benefits shortly.
